I’m Shane Fedderman, owner and principle consultant of Fedderman Group, LLC.
I’ve been driving growth for medical and wellness brands since 2010 through integrated strategies and bespoke solutions. No fluff, no gimmicks, no 10-step cookie-cutter solutions – just a proven, holistic approach that combines hard-hitting business development, data-driven marketing, and brand-elevating creative direction.

Born to a Bronx model turned artist/fashion maven and a Brooklyn hippie-turned-CPA, I was destined for a life less ordinary. My childhood dream? Plastic surgeon by day, rock star by night. Spoiler alert: I didn't become either, but oh, what a journey it's been.
My parents, hoping to tame my wild ambitions, sent me to opera school. Joke's on them – I used that training to launch a music career that had me touring with Christina Aguilera and gracing the Disney Channel. But after years of being the "product," I decided to produce and engineer instead, working with the likes of Mary J Blige and Raphael Saadiq.
Then, in a plot twist worthy of a sitcom, I traded my guitar for a stethoscope and re-enrolled in school. Why? Because my parents raised a "wonderfully delusional guy." I climbed the medical ladder faster than you can say "scalpel," from phlebotomist to practice manager in Beverly Hills.
But here's the kicker: I realized I didn't want to be the doctor – I wanted to run their practices. Turns out, my eclectic background was the perfect prescription for success in medical management and marketing. Who knew that harmonizing angry patients and orchestrating marketing campaigns would be my true calling?
Now, I'm in the business of making medical dreams come true. Give me a talented doc with a vision, and I'll turn that practice into a masterpiece. Fair warning: I'm not for the faint of heart. If you're ready to go big or go home, let's make some noise in the medical world. After all, in the words of my mother, sometimes you've got to color outside the lines – and maybe even on the walls.
