From Dr Joe Purita's Solo Gig to The PUR-FORM Flagship Center: A Growth Story
I was proud to be part of Dr. Joseph Purita's expansion, a renowned regenerative medicine pioneer, growing his practice from a small office to a 12,000-square-foot multi-specialty wellness facility on the FAU Campus. I initially led the charge on marketing at the small practice, but with the addition of the VP of Marketing I took ownership of all creative and media. I also held the role of providing valuable insight and direction for overall business development within the luxury healthcare, aesthetics, regenerative and wellness sectors. Together with the VP, we would lead what would eventually be our marketing team.
We developed a comprehensive marketing and business development strategy to compete within a highly competitive market. I was a vital part of growing the marketing and creative department from a one-person operation to a robust team overseeing all aspects of the facility's promotion and growth. I maintained oversight of all creative including vendor/agency interfacing, web, website, print, advertising, social media, and email. I implemented and managed advanced CRM tools including Salesforce and ActiveCampaign, managed and updated the websites, edited and managed the blog, and designed and managed all automations, including sales CRM flows and SMS marketing campaigns.
I served as creative director during our rebrand into PUR-FORM, the development of a new website with multiple integrations and a patient portal, and the creation of membership programs. My role extended beyond marketing and creative to include collaborating with senior management on strategy, managing meta advertising and vendor relationships, and advising on company-wide hiring. These multifaceted efforts were instrumental in guiding PUR-FORM's scaling in the luxury medical space, ultimately contributing to the successful expansion of the practice into the PUR-FORM brand.
